33. The Plan

Elysia's Pov

It was late at night and I was no longer intoxicated. I grabbed a robe from the hotel bathroom and sat on the balcony door. I took a pack of cigarettes from Hector's pants and lit one up as I smoked.

Now that I was back at Damon's mansion, I needed to come up with a plan to deal with him. The bastard of a husband had done me wrong and he will pay.

After I dealt with Damon, I would run away with Ian, but how would I do it?

As I thought about it, there was only one thing I knew Damon cared about more than anything else: his money. He had worked hard to grow his business and its underlying operations, and that was his pride and joy.

I knew I needed to hit him where it hurt, and taking his money would be the perfect way to do that. But how would I go about it? I needed to come up with a plan, and fast.
