The man's eyes blinked for a moment, then locked again on the ball that was still in his hand, smiling a gentle smile that contrasted with his stern masculine face.

"This guy is my entertainer. Remember when you were little and often played in the forest?"

Now, there was one more person in her past that she barely remembered, appeared in front of her, claiming to be the person she met in the past. The difference was that she did not know the man's existence in her memories at all. Never did she remember that she had met an arrogant-looking man with William's dishevelled appearance until the last before her legs were crushed and had to be amputated.

"I believe you have something I need," the man said as he tucked the ball back into his bomber jacket, staring at her so awkward
