I walked down the hall of the hospital feeling empty. This entire day has left me feeling rattled. Starting with the interrogation on Tobias, then the attack on Silver Crest, which happened to be a trap that we should have seen coming. I think it hurts more because I don’t understand what happened. I had told her to stay here, with him, hoping that she wouldn’t.
