Chapter 51 - Warrior Dinner

I look at myself in the mirror and frown. I never look right in dresses, and this one shows a lot of skin. I don't mind the skin when I'm in my training gear and basically one of the guys, but in a dress, I feel like it draws unwanted attention. I put my hair up in a twist leaving a few loose strands to frame my face. I take one last deep breath hoping Wyatt doesn't think I look too absurd.

When I open the door, my breath catches in my throat. Wyatt is wearing a black suit and a black button-up shirt. Dressed that way, he looks mysterious and sexy. Hello James Bond. He turns toward me, and my face gets hot as his eyes run over my body.

"I know I look ridiculous. Should I change?" I ask while taking a couple steps toward the closet.
