Chapter 99 - The Battle Begins

I guess Cressida thinks the thunder and lightning are going to scare us, but we're beyond the theatrics. We're ready to kill some witches. Everyone is prepared. This time, she's not getting away.

"She just breached the protection I placed in the forest," Rmina says from behind me.

"Everyone, she's coming," I yell just as several rogues burst through the front gate. We left it unlocked, idiots, so you could die faster. The first round of warriors, along with Trevor, runs toward them. He's taken the loss of Gabe well. He said they were never really close. Gabe's focus had always been on Cressida. I can't believe the strength Trevor has now. He's taking two or three lycans at a time, even with whatever spell the witches have on them. I look over at Rmina, and she's beaming with pride.
