CHAPTER 47

Lara hurriedly left her room with her bow and arrows. Today, she will prove her strength. Her wolf shook her head at the idea. Not everyone could amaze a Lycan.

But it didn't stop her. She was ready to prove she was strong enough. As she walked, a little doubt crept into her heart. It had been too long.

She tried to train last night with her arrows but her body was weak and she fell asleep immediately after her head touched the pillows. Lara tried not to think about all the things that could go wrong today.

And then she heard the sound of a horn. It signified the start of the hunt. She quickened her pace and went out of the palace. There were also others standing there, waiting expectantly.

Lara took a turn and ran to the stables to get her horse. She couldn't afford to be late. Cage had already seen her before she got there. He didn't look pleased to see her.
