Saint laid awake on the bed as he looked up towards the ceiling of the large bedroom that he and Yves were sleeping in.

That Yves was sleeping in.

Not him.

Because he couldn’t sleep, no matter how hard Saint tried, he just couldn’t get a wink of sleep.

And it was due to overthinking, mostly overthinking what was going to happen at Yves’s family dinner the next time.

He thought he was prepared but it was obvious that he wasn’t in the slightest way possible prepared for anything and it was sad.

Because that was making him nervous than ever.

Saint sighed turning around to face Yves who was still sleeping, looking as ethereal as possible.

“Alpha ?.” He whispered again trying to get the other’s attention.
