‘Take a deep breath child and tell me what’s got you so riled up’

Her Grandmother stroked her back encouraging her to speak and Alexandre learned of everything Pierre had done. Why she had split with him, what he had done to her as well as what he had done to them both just before he rescued them. He thanked the Goddess he had decided to have the house watched and had been returning with Bernard to check in with his guards that night. He shifted into his Wolf when he heard her settle for the night and raced back to the Pack House.

‘The boy has shifted’

Bernard told him as he walked into his office,

‘How is he?’

Alexandre asked looking up,

‘Scared, and shocked but also exhilarated, he’s looking forward to starting his training’

Bernard smiled and his Alpha nodded,

‘Process him and send him on, I want to be kept up-to-date on his progress, I think he will prove to be an asset’
