I wake up with my head on Cortland's chest and see my leg is on top of his. I roll over and he moves with me. I really don't want to get up - all I want to do is stay here with Cortland and forget about everything else for the day. But instead, Cortland nuzzles into my hair and takes a deep breath.

"Hey there, gorgeous," he greets me with a smile. "As much as I'd love to stay in bed with you, we've got stuff to do. So, let's start with a quick shower, and then I'll go after you."

I slid out of the gooseneck and headed to the shower. I dress and go out to make coffee. Cortland passes behind me and slaps my ass. I scream and jump to get out of his reach.
