Jeremy stepped out onto the cabin’s wraparound porch, easing the door closed behind him. The silhouettes of the pine trees cast dark shadows over the shimmering white snow, promising an unknown world within their depths. The forest wasn’t the only unknown laid out before him. His mind drifted to the sight of Isabella lying naked on his bed, her legs tangled in the sheets and a look of pure, sated bliss on her face.
