Chapter 25

Roxanne

I stumble as she harshly pulls me. Even though she has her heels on, she can still walk this fast.

“Mrs. Lander, leave my hand. Where are you taking me." I shout. I tried to pull my hand out of her hold, but it only ended up giving me more pain. She pulls me downstairs.

While ascending the stairs, I skipped the last step, making me fall straight on my knees, as Mrs Lander leaves my hand in the middle. I whimper in pain. I rise and look at my elbows, it's not that bad. Wincing, I stand up. My knees were buckling. I slide the dress to the side, by the split and sure enough my knees are injured. Blood was sleeping out from the split skin. It fucking hurts. Angry, I look up at Mrs Lander whose eyes are already on me.

“What is wrong with you?" I asked sharply. I don't know why tears well up in my eyes. I am fed up with everything.

She doesn't heed my words and looks away and I follow her eyesight to see all the other members are already here, gawking at us. Mrs Rodri
