"Thank you, Valencia," I said quietly. Even though I said I didn't care about her approval, it felt nice to be accepted.
She directed me upstairs to Lily's room. I went inside and sat on her bed. She had the most girlish room I've ever seen.
Keira was right about one thing. Lily was definitely the cutesy type, the kind I usually stayed away from. Who knew I would fall head over heels for someone like that?
