“The emotional turmoil you feel is enough to make me go crazy. Do you want to talk about what is going on in that head of yours?” Archer asked as soon as I stepped into the living room.

He was sitting on the couch reading a book. It was weird seeing him with a book in his hand nearly every time I found him alone. It wasn’t that I didn’t think it was a good thing he was reading, but I was a bit confused that he could read.

Being imprisoned for so long, I figured he wouldn’t be able to do a lot of things. Yet this is the third book I have found him with. Unless he never finished the other ones, he was perhaps more of an avid reader than I was.

I loved books but here lately, it seems like I haven’t picked up a book in a long time. With everything going on, I was struggling to find time to read. Maybe I just needed to figure out how to manage my time better or something.
