The moment Shane put his hands on Brook and pulled her to him, it took everything in me not to react. Every tiny molecule inside of my body wanted to tear into Shane like a wild animal. The last time I let myself be overcome with my emotions, I got her hurt and it could have been so much worse. I couldn’t afford to let something happen now.

Brooklyn-When I finally reached Tate, he immediately grabbed me and pulled me to him. I had to clench my jaw to keep myself from screaming out, from the sudden movement it caused me. Twisting my leg slightly, I gazed down and found a blade embedded into my thigh.Reaching down, I yanked it out as quickly as I could. Brooklyn- Three days passed by and still no signs of Tate waking up. According to the pack doctor, she wasn’t sure if he even would wake up. I found out that wolfbane doesn’t just attack us physically, but it could also attack our wolf. Unless Axel can come out of it, there may be a chance that Tate could die.
