Chapter 43

From morning till nightfall, only one person occupied Henry's mind and he couldn't believe it. Excessively worrying or fighting over one woman wasn't his style, and he began to wonder if maybe he was truly getting old. He couldn't help but remember something his father always told him before his death. "Henry, one day you're going to find that woman that makes her stomach churn with excitement and dread."

Everytime, he denied it and his parents got tired of his antics so much they began to feel he was gay. Soon, his father change the famous phrase to include "man" and that made him feel even worse. If he were to be alive, Henry was sure he would be happy to see his words coming to pass. As he drove into his home, he saw Gina's car parked and the relief that flooded his lungs made him angry. Why would he be so happy that she was at home? He sighed and switched off his car engine, before getting out and heading up the steps to the front door. Immediately he entered, he was greeted by th
