Chapter 62

By the time Henry got home, Gina had already packed her bags and was just waiting for him to get back so she could tell him about her lack of interest in the marriage. She no longer wanted to be part of the sham they were playing and whatever he wanted to do after that wouldn't be her business. After waking up to see his annoying note, Gina spent the day cursing herself for falling for a man who didn't see her worth, right before she went to his room in search of the contract paper. They were several copies in her room, but surely they had to be an original.

Destroying that particular one wouldn't do anything, except make her feel a little bit better and that was what she was counting on. After searching for over an hour and trying hard not to scatter the room or make Henry aware she searched his room without permission, she finally found it in a file inside one of his secret storages. Not that they were secret anymore, but they probably would become that again
