"Hold on a second," I said going upstairs to my painting room to get out the painting.

I brought it downstairs and showed it to Grant. "This is Olive, she is Somto's daughter. Susan and Somto had broken up due to my father not accepting her in the family. A month later, she found out she was pregnant. She felt like she had to abort it and so she told Somto about it. He hired a private helicopter to fly to New York to see her and change her mind about getting the abortion, but unfortunately, the helicopter crashed," I said the last part in a whisper.

Talking about Somto was always like opening up wounds that have refused to heal. She could never forget when her father answered that call and how his entire demeanor changed after it.
