"I told you it was a bad idea bringing her here in the first place, look at how she is behaving?” Darius stated as soon as they entered the sitting room.

"I know, but she is fulfilling the reason she is here; look at how happy Layla is that is what we want to see, she hasn’t been this happy ever since she came here," Lucius retorted.

"Yes, I know, but there were other options, instead of bringing her here," Darius stated.

"But this isn't bad either. I went through the stress of getting her here the only thing I asked of you is to be accommodating, please I am begging" Lucius said.

"I understand; I have no idea why hers is different. I don't like her gut, she talks back at me at any slightest opportunity she got, how could she?" Darius spat.

"I know, but this is just for a little while," Lucius responded.

"If I can get a hold of Jakes, I swear. I'm going to use only my hands to strangle him. All of this is his fault," Darius hissed.

"I don't know what is taking them this lo
