CHAPTER 41 – She's Not You
Aaron broke the awkwardness when no one dared to make a sound.
“Should we go somewhere? I’ve booked a room upstairs” he admitted in embarrassment.
Celine understood what happened.
Tiff asked her to come and Daniel asked Aaron so they can spend time together.
She looked blankly at Tiff then to Daniel trying to see the clues.
But it doesn’t make sense.
They’re already set to meet, why involve her and Aaron.
There’s no point to analyse what happened.
She’s in a foul mood as soon as she saw them coming together.
“No need. I’ll go ahead. Thanks for dinner” she said flatly then walked away.
“If you want some private time with Daniel, no need to involve me. I’m pretty sure you’re not violating any office rules” she said softly to Tiff then walked away.
She immediately booked a cab but it would take 5 minutes for the driver to reach
