Chapter 62

Tristan's POV.

I hated her treating me like a baby or something. Just because we were going to get married doesn't mean she had the right to shout at me. She is my friend, and she would still remain my friend.

I was forced to get married to her, and I had to do it because I have no choice. I made her aware of the fact that we would divorce soon, and she was okay with it.

After she ended the call, I wanted to call my mother so she could complain to her. I collected my phone and then went back to my room.

We should just keep on acting as friends; that was the deal we agreed with before I told her that I was getting married to her. Why did my chest have to hurt today?

I think I would just go and see the witch who was located on the outskirts of the city; maybe it would be possible for me to be able to help her with it. I didn't know if she would have time; I was just going to try my best.

I was also hoping to hear good news from her tomorrow.
