Getting into his mind

Alpha Caden's POV:

I sat on the mid of the table, surrounded by my loyal wolves. We looked at the map of the territory, marked with red and blue lines. The red lines represented the borders of the pack, the blue lines represented the borders of the enemies.

I sighed, knowing that my pack had outnumbered and outmatched the other packs. But still to inflict fear in others I needed more force. I had to find a way to strengthen my forces, to protect my people and my land.

I turned to Beta Mikasa, my second-in-command, and asked, "How many soldiers do we have?"

The Beta bowed his head and replied, "About twenty thousand, Alpha. But half of them are young and inexperienced. They need more training and guidance."

I frowned, feeling a pang of worry. That was not good.

I looked at my Gamma, the third-in-command, and asked, "How many allies do we have?"

The Gamma shook his head and replied, "None, Alpha. The other packs are either neutral or hostile. They do not trust us, or they fear us. They
