THE RETURN OF PIUS

She looked out of the window and let out a sigh as she saw Ray, standing some distances away from the car, making a phone call. Some of the men were out of their cars already and they could be seen strolling around the road while some were seated on the rocks along the roadside. The sun was beginning to give its light and the atmosphere became a little bit hot.

“You feel bad right now, don’t you?” She asked

He gave a sigh and a slight nod

“Sweetheart, you don’t need to keep putting the pressures on me. I realize i was wrong but he is gone. Trust me, when we get home, i know how to make him feel better” he said and she smiled
