ONE-HUNDRED-THIRTY
PHOENIX POV
I wake up to soft kisses being placed on my chest. I look down into Scarlett's beautiful eyes.
"Did you sleep well, Butterfly? Soren was good to you last night, wasn't he?"
She gives me a small smile and whispers, "I haven't had a good night's sleep like that in months and Soren was very good to me last night and this morning... I have missed both of you. I'm sorry for the night after 'The Punishment'. I did actually want you to kiss me and for you to love me. I was just scared... I think we needed that time on our own though, otherwise, we might not have had the night we just did."
I pull her up further on my chest and kiss her, running my hands up and down her back. I smile at the little shivers that run through her from my touch. I then surprise her by deepening my kiss and flipping us over so I am now on top of her. I push my knees in between hers, making it so I can slide slowly inside her.

SCARLETT POV I wake up feeling pleasantly sore and wrapped tightly in Phoenix's arms. And do they have to be in heat to conceive?""A normal she-wolf if she is not already pregnant goes into heat for about three to four days once every three to four months. A lot of it depends on the she-wolf. No, it is easier for them to conceive when they are in heat, but because a she-wolf is also part human, they can conceive at any time.""After Scarlett lost our daughter, is there a possibility that she could be heading into her wolf's heat again?""Yes, she could, but she asked me to give her something to make sure she didn't end up pregnant to the male that attacked her... H POVI stand to the side and watch Scarlett work her magic, calming and lifting the spirit of the female by just sitting and talking to her. I see Phoenix stop at the door and just watch her. It is not hard to see the love he has for her, that he has always had for her. Once Scarlett realizes Phoenix is nearby, she looks at him and smiles, as he moves more into the room, saying."Congratulations to you and your mate... Um... I was wondering if I could steal my mate back?"The female giggles and whispers something in return. I don't hear exactly what Scarlett says to the female as she says her goodbyes and makes her way over to him. Once they leave the room, I let Mike follow them and make my way out of the clan house.I am in desperate need of some release, especially after watching Phoenix enjoy her and then having to stand just behind her and not do anything. I just don't know if I will be able to find a female that will be able to take what I will do.

SCARLETT POVLast night with Phoenix and Soren was wonderful, and the last two of days have been unforgettable. I am not sure what has gotten into him, as he has not left me alone since the night of the Blood Moon.
