Chapter 12

"Fuck!" I cursed as the water jug scraped against my shin for like the millionth time today. I had been given a penance by Alpha Derek because of my lateness to serve him this morning and that was what I was doing at the moment.

After Alpha Derek went into the bathroom earlier this morning, I quickly and efficiently cleaned the whole suite except for the bathroom. I was hanging around, wondering what to do next when my mind suddenly flashed to thoughts of what the Alpha had told me yesterday. I remembered him talking about how I was to go to the kitchens and ask what they cooked for the morning meal so that I could prepare the same thing for him.

As I remembered that, I quickly dashed out of the suite and the door slammed after me. I was afraid that Alpha Derek might have thought that I was the one who slammed the door intentionally but with the distance from the door to the bathroom, I was unsure of whether he heard or not.
