Next morning

Purple woke up with a slight headache. She knew it was because she cried a lot the previous day. Her eye always filled with tears whenever she remembers her parents.

With closed eyes, she stretches her arms in search of Vance, but she found nothing. The bed was cold beside her. Immediately opening her eyes, she looked around.

Purple sat up on her bed and tried to remember what happened, how did she reach this unfamiliar room. She stood up from the bed and looked around. The room was extra clean, and the interior was superb. There was ancient decor in the room. Moving ahead, she found photo frames with many pictures of her husband and their family. She smiles, looking at the young Vance photo.

There were three doors in the room. She opened the first door, which was near to her. To her surprise, it was the bathroom. She went inside to freshen up after taking a bath; she wrapped herself in a bathrobe and moved out of the roo
