Chapter XXX
Five weeks later, Jimmy's room was full of papers. They were around his bed, spread on the floor or his desk. The book Nylian bought for him didn't convince him of the Dark Creature's danger but rather gave him ideas of how to get rid of them. He wrote some plans and decided to send them to Ruvyn. He asked Karlyle to come to his room. When the butler entered, he was surprised to see all the mess around.
“Don't worry I'll clean this after,” Jimmy said. “I called you before I want you to help me send a letter to the castle.”
Karlyle frowned. “You know his grace won't like it.”
“It's not for the king,” Jimmy defended. “It's for my friend Ruvyn, I missed him and I want to hear from him.”
Karlyle sighed and nodded, “Alright, where is it?”

The next morning, the Duke woke up, put on his white robe and headed to Jimmy's room. He arrived very late the last night from the other village, so he didn't want to wake him up. Jimmy and the king were sitting on the edge of the bed, sighing heavily. The diamond-haired was worried about plenty of things such as Adalis preparing an attack against them for revenge, also the fear of his plan not working and finally about the duke getting mad at him. He felt bad for always making Nylian angry because of his selfishness. He only wished he would understand that he didn't fear the Prince or his evil creatures. He was ready to do anything to protect his friends and his love for Taegen.Jimmy sighed again and stared at the king whose eyes were a colour of a light grey and blue. Jimmy and Taegen screamed with pain when they felt their skin burning like fire. The guards ran to help them and shouted, "WE SHOULD LEAVE FROM HERE!" The two lovers turned their heads and gulped when they saw the Tentaculios and Leonus standing in front of them.Jimmy was having a hard time to breath. Days later, Nylian left Vulas early in the morning to take a walk in the village. He hadn’t seen Jimmy since the morning when he saw the king sleeping beside him. He knew that he left with him to the castle so he needn't bother himself with it, especially when he realized he had no chance to be with him.Karlyle was doing his best to make him forget about him.
