Erica's POV
I woke up at about 9:00 am, thank God a coursemate of mine had earlier called to inform me that my morning lecture had been canceled due to the lecturer's ill health. I just lay down there staring at my ceiling indecisive of my next line of action, the weekend had ended in a rush.
I so much miss Damian, I miss his voice, his touch I miss everything about him. I wish we could have another getaway soon, too bad our exam is fast approaching.

Damian Anderson Chapter 15
Damian's POV The class finally ended in what seemed like forever, I hurried off to see if I could meet up with Erica's class. I needed to resolve our little misunderstanding. I got there and found out that the class ended a while ago of which Erica was absent. That is very unusual, the little I know of her is that she would never miss her class for anything in the world. I had previously pleaded with her for us to spend extra days at the penthouse, she refused. Insisting on meeting up with her morning class which was later canceled. Why would she now want to miss the second class, I saw she was dressed for class before I left her room, as I contemplate on whether to call her or not.

Erica's POV Beatrice was still trying to process what I just told her about Sophia being the one that attempted my life. "I don't get it, did you guys fight?" She asked. "No" I replied. "So what happened?" "Sophia came back crying that her boyfriend cheated on her, so I went over to console her, but after some time I realized she was talking about Damian. I too became upset emotionally, can't tell if she noticed it too. Damian came in and she ran to meet him, after which I saw her whisper to Damian, he gave her two tablets, of which on inquiry were sleeping tablets, I confronted Damian and we got into a heated argument.

Erica's POVI woke up feeling much better with just a minor headache to deal with. I sat on my bed and decided to go through my phone, I saw that Sophia had posted my picture on her F******k handle with a get well soonRommiecaption. The hypocrite! She must think I do not know what she did, the next picture was of her shopping or having fun of some sort. Damian's POVAfter I left Erica ward at the clinic, I drove down to the female hostel and found out that Sophia was not there. Erica's POV "You are ready for discharge now, just ensure to eat, rest and take your medications," The doctor said after checking my reports on his tab. Erica's POV I woke up early. Well not so early, to prepare for my last and final class of the first trimester. Beatrice's other roommates have all gone out. Some for project meetings others to read ahead of the oncoming exams. Beatrice was sitting in her small desk and chair reading her books while munching on a pack of cookies. Students hardly cook when exams are fast approaching, they mainly do take out and snacks. There was a knock on the door and she stood up to go check who it was.
