CHAPTER 14

Damian walked towards me and uncovered the dishes. My mouth almost watered. Pancakes.. My favourite dish.

I didn't waste time and started eating but not too fast like yesterday. Damian sat beside me and started digging into his food too.

After eating in silence for a while, Damian paused to stare at me.

"What is it?" I asked when his lang gaze started to make me uncomfortable.

"I want to make you an offer." He started.

"Go on....." I muttered.

"Since you're jobless for now, you'll have to earn your keep while living with me. So, I want you to come work in my club." He said.

I almost spat out my food.
