Chapter Thirty three

I took a seat in front of him and called his name “Albert". He chuckled softly before he opened his mouth. "I don't remember working for you! Why am I tied up here” he asked weakly.

His breath was weak and I knew he was tired. I somehow felt pity for the young man. “No Albert, you haven't worked for me. I am just meeting you for the first time too" I responded.

He tried to move his hands but he was restrained. “Then why am I here!! Damn for goodness sake, I have been here for almost a week or more" he struggled angrily. Raymond attempted to knock him out, but I stopped him.

I allowed the bald man to wear out before I explained everything to him. “You made an attempt on my child's life Mr Albert. You tried to run over my child with a car! My only child" I yelled, getting on my feet.

Albert was dumbfounded, he tried to think, which was very obvious from his facial expression. He paused for a while before he apologized softly. " I am sorry sir. It was two weeks
