Derek POV

“I need to speak with you and Alpha immediately.” I told my father.

Raising an eyebrow at me “about?”

“Regarding his DAUGHTER.” I retorted quietly.

His eyes raised in surprise at my discovery.

“H-how do you know?”

“Get Alpha and I will explain,” I retorted coolly before walking into Alpha Thomas’ office.

My father followed Thomas into the office before closing the door. “What is it?” Thomas asked, folding his arms on his broad chest.

“Well I’d like to inform you that I am your daughter’s mate.” I emphasized the word “daughter’s.”

“Come again?” Alpha Thomas took a threatening step towards me.

“You heard me. Quinn informed me this morning who she really is to you. She obviously does not know I am her mate…yet.” I folded my arms. I was frustrated that he didn’t trust me with this information especially when I had been in charge of her protection and oversaw the training for his army.

“Derek…” my father warned.

“Care to share why you didn’t tell me who she was to you?”
