“Daniel, Chelsea is wearing her seatbelt,” David requested. He was sitting behind the wheel, with Daniel and Chelsea in the back seats.

“Okay!”

After making sure that the two in the back had fastened their seatbelts, David started the car’s engine and drove it out of the airport parking area.

The car moved at a moderate speed. Occasionally, David glanced at the rearview mirror to observe the two in the back seat. Everything seemed normal as Daniel and Chelsea sat quietly.

However, David’s heart began to burn with jealousy when he saw the two holding hands. It wasn’t just that; he noticed they exchanged secret smiles even though they weren’t talking.

“David,” Daniel called.

“Yes,” David replied, trying to appear as natural as possible.

“Let’s eat first. We didn’t have a chance to eat earlier,” Daniel said.

“Okay, where would you like to eat?” David offered. So far, he had always respected his older brother, held him in high regard, as that’s what their grandfather had taught him.
