Twenty Five

I was awakened by the voice outside the door of the room. Blinking my eyes for many times staring blankly at the ceiling. Last night did not give me a good sleep and the feeling of invasion still remained despite the mysterious man leaving after the two-man he had left along the body. Until midnight came, there was no presence of Zech and the call went through the voicemail. How could you sleep through such a horrible moment of your life? Seeing the body of a dead woman in your bathroom and the idea of someone wanting you to kill or take you.

I stared at the ceiling of the room, and breathed out slowly. I am so anxious why Zech did not came home, nor even my call he did not event care to answer. It's early in the morning and my blood is boiling.

A knock brought me back to the present, and the gentle voice of Zech's mother opened the wooden white door. They got home. I got up and tried to comb my messy hair using my fingers.
