Third POV

Rex, Ivory and the rogues had been running for days, passing many rivers, jungles and lands and didn’t stop. On the night of the third day of running, they had to stop and rest for the sake of the females who had been whining they were tired. Ivory was surprisingly engulfed with load of strength and so wasn’t bothered about resting. While they were all chatting, they heard growls coming from the right side and once again they all stood up alert at the imminent danger. Rex didn’t know whether to hide his mate as it seems she too was ready to fight any danger and this would be the first time Rex was seeing this courageous side of his mate.

A group of wolves estimated at thirty circled the crew as they tried to stay together defensively. The wolves didn’t attack; neither did Rex, Ivory and the rogues. From the left side, one of the wolf walked up to them, he was huge and he had thick black furs sniffing all of them one by one before signaling his fellow wolfs who left the scen
