35. Andreas's Family

Shane accidentally fell asleep after experiencing his mom's light but pleasant massage that made him comfortable. Eventually, thoughts of the mysterious girl in purple lingered in his mind, leading to strange dreams with overlapping events that he couldn't decipher.

"Just a dream," he thought as he woke up with cold sweat on his forehead that morning. Rising and sitting on the bed for a moment, he calmed his still groggy feelings.

After that, he got up and walked to the bathroom in his room for a morning shower. Usually, his Dad would protest if Shane didn't wake up and have breakfast, even on Sundays. So, for the sake of domestic peace, he always made time to have breakfast with his mom and Dad at precisely seven in the morning every day.

That morning, unlike usual, his Dad was already at the dining table before Shane. He felt nervous, fearing he might get scolded because his Dad was known for having zero tolerance for any form of lateness.
