"Miss Sterlins, long time no see, to what do we owe your visit?" the receptionist cast her gaze up and down at Sarah.

"I'm here to speak with Mr. Markus, the factory manager, could you please announce that I'm down here?" Sarah replied in an imposing voice.

"Miss, the thing is that the gentleman is in an important meeting at the moment, if you have an appointment, allow me to announce it otherwise you should schedule an appointment with his personal secretary."
