"Thanks Adam." Adele smiled politely. She knew he had been such a great help. If he was not there, she wouldn't have finished the case so soon without using any influence. So without thinking anything more, she hugged him tightly.
They already took Ramond Knight to police station and Albert dismissed the meeting. Adam instructed his subordinates to treat Ramond Knight well and stayed here to have a talk with Adele.
Standing a little behind, Albert was glaring at the friends and Ryan was having a smirk mentally. That poor assistant was too afraid to show his real emotions. He knew his ruthless boss would make him less from the world then.
"Ade! Come on! You're being too emotional." Adam patted her head and broke the hug. He knew she was feeling vulnerable. Those pains, hatred and tears of 14 years were yet to get released.
