“God, it’s hot today,” Addison groans, shading her eyes from the sun as they make their way down the brick path to the hotel spa, which is all the way on the other side of the resort. “Right? It’s barely past ten,” Javan says. “It’s so humid, too. I wonder how hot it’s going to get by the afternoon.”
