Nate’s POV

I made my point already.

I took my seat and thought about a few things then Nurse Stella returned with some lab results saying, “These are the lab results Doc Lydia asked me to bring to you.”

“Drop it and leave,” I said.

“I am sorry Doc, if I made you angry.” She pleaded. I guess I must have been so tough on her with the way I asked her to take the stuff off my desk.

“You don’t have to say sorry, I will go through this but tell me, the patient in special ward two, how is he doing?”

“He is getting better sir.”

“Good, he needs more rest for about a week or two before we can discharge him but make sure you always check on him and inform the other nurses as well.”

“Yes, doc.”

“Good, you may leave now,” I said and she took her leave.

I glanced through the results and placed a call to my fellow colleague telling her to proceed with the usual steps and that she was free to call me if she needed me at the theatre.

I love the book.. screw the haters.. it's ur book, it work, if ppl don't like it they can kiss ur ass none is making them read it, I've got mad in book how the story goes but again it the author.. they can stop reading!!! grrr ppl!! good job

The story is a bit messed up, though interesting. Layla's character is weak and fragile. Nate loves Layla, vice versa, but they are both unable to express their feelings towards each other.
