Diana "READY?" DIANA ASKED Sia who was taking in deep breaths to calm herself. "Yes," Sia answered after a few minutes of hesitation. Diana took a moment to half shift with just her right hand. Diana "OUCH!" DIANA HEARD Sia groan in pain. Diana pulled herself up —thankfully without a scratch— and walked over to Sia who was holding her right arm and moaning in pain. "Here, let me take a look at it," Diana requested, and Sia took off the hand covering the wound. Taking one glance at the wound, Diana looked back up to Sia with a blank yet incredulous look on her face. "It's just a little scratch," Diana deadpanned. Sia pouted while looking up at Diana. Diana SHE FELT HERSELF falling in space, free-living and weightless. She kept on floating with her eyes closed in the dark, letting the breeze take her to wherever. Suddenly, her body stopped moving and it was no longer dark, as light beams tried to get past her closed eyes. Diana opened her eyes and then her feet finally touched the ground. After her eyes had adjusted to the light, Diana took in her surroundings. "What the heck?!" Diana blurted out. She was surprised to see that she was now standing in the middle of mirrors. The room had mirrors on the walls, the roof and the floor. Diana was a bit creeped out by numerous reflections of her, all staring at her. "I had imagined the afterlife to be less creepy," Diana muttered to herself, trying to look away from her reflections, only to stare at another each time she turned her face. Diana ONCE AGAIN, DIANA was confused about what to do. Taking Selene's essence seemed wrong in many ways. Most of all, it would be an added responsibility that she was not sure if she could bear. She felt the glass in front of her and indeed, she was now inside the glass which was a lot bigger than she thought. She turned to Selene. Sia ON ARRIVING AT the border of the vampire kingdom, Diana was recognised by the guards, and they helped Sia carry her to the castle. Without saying a word to Sia, Robin took Diana from the guards and began walking to a room. Not wanting to be apart from Diana in that state, Sia followed Robin and Rudolph. After Diana had been placed on a bed, Sia and Diana's friends sat around her, staring down at her in concern. Soon, a tall man strode into the room. He moved straight to Diana's side and her friends scooted over for him to sit beside her. Sia instantly recognised the King of vampires. "Your Highness," she greeted with a bow. "Explain," he said bluntly, as he grabbed Diana's small hand in his large ones. His eyes were cold and stormy but they held warmness for the female laying on the bed Sia watched the scene in confusion, wondering what the hell was going on. Diana LATER THAT DAY, Diana was left alone with her friends. Sia had gone to meet Janessa and Ryan, while Aiden went to sort out matters concerning his kingdom. Rudolph filled Diana in about his situation with Lacey. Diana tried to understand what could be wrong with Lacey but came up with nothing after each thought.
