Road To Hell

Seven days was gone, after the court session and I was still in police custody but the day would be the day the judge would make his final verdict on my case after the adjunction the last time.

We were settled again and I had lost all the good energy and vibes that I had.

I didn't feel like I had the situation under control because I didn't, and I didn't do anything because there was nothing I could do about it.

"Has the accused arranged for a barrister?" The judge asked and they all looked at me.

As I looked back at them, all I saw was their dead bodies. I wished nothing less than that. My lips were heavy to disperse, so no word was spoken.

But if I had a barrister wouldn't I come with him?! Wouldn't he be with me now? Silly questions!

"Has the accused arranged for a barrister?" He asked again, this time with more seriousness in the tone of his voice.

After a heavy sigh, the word was pushed out. "No"
