Despite having slept on the couch, some of the leeches had gotten to her during her sleep resulting in various bruises all over her body. She decided to get ready in the guest bathroom and observed the bruises on her arm and chest. Seeing how she could not wear a half sleeved shirt, she settled for a long one even though it was quite warm outside. She put on some jeans and sneakers and made her way down the stairs. After eating some cereal and toast, she headed to school. She managed to reach on time and took her seat beside her friends.
