Chapter 51 Broken Family

With his right hand clenched and covered in Sophia's blood, Faelon's heart was shattered. He stared at it with sorrow. Wiping his eyes with his clean hand, Faelon transported himself back to his parent's house. In a gloomy haze, he stood on the porch facing the door. He didn't have a chance to knock before the front door flew open. His mother, sensing a presence, opened it and asked where Dagon was. She stepped to the side as Faelon strode inside.

"Your father hasn't returned yet. Cora is here and your older brother is no more," she sobbed, following after him. Faelon eyed her grief-stricken state and muttered, "Sophia is gone for now as well and I didn't see father anywhere. I'm sure he is fine as he is a seasoned warrior." Raven eyed him incredulously and huffed.

"If she's dead then she is gone and Dagon should be back already!" She snapped and headed back toward the living room. Heading to the washroom, Faelon rinsed his mate's blood from his hand. His eyes watered as he watched th
