I walked to Samantha’s apartment, breathing out. It has been two days since she died and I did not have the heart to tell that poor child that his mother was dead. I buried her yesterday. I buried her alone because her family or the pack wanted nothing to do with her, which is actually very disappointing. They are not innocents either. They also hurt an innocent pup, so why are they treating her like she committed the biggest sin in the world? Anyway, I ignored them.

Her son, Dean, is my only concern. I got to their apartment, and I entered. Her apartment is a two-room apartment because it was just her and her son.
