Third Person Pov

Bellona paces around angrily, she doesn’t understand Kane any more. He has changed a lot, he is gathering some armies and he is doing it in front of her like he wants her to know but the reason why he is doing it she doesn’t know. He has also been misusing her powers, killing everyone that looks him in the eye or steps on his toes and worse Kane doesn’t hold her in high regards except on the bed, he wants to be controlling her and telling her what to do.

The other day he instructed her to stay in the room and not go anywhere but of course she didn’t listen because she had to talk to her mother. When she came back Kane was so angry that before she knew it, ice spikes stabbed into different parts of her body. Kane apologized but Bellona knew something was fishy as he does not even mean the apology. Bellona is suddenly not sure he is her mate, she has not felt any bond, not even a tiny spark.
