There she sat, on my couch, telling me she wanted a piece of my man, my Nathan. She must be delusional to think I would fall for this trick a second time. The last time I was tricked this way had been three years ago. Nathan had called me and asked me to meet him at our favorite restaurant for lunch. As usual, I was so excited to meet him because we were truly in love with each other. I knew he was going through a rough patch because his company was on the brink of declaring bankruptcy and folding up.
