Going back on a Promise

Lola came downstairs it was already 11:00pm but Hayden wasn't yet home.

His note said he had something of utmost importance to do.

She heard noises from the wine room and walked in to see Hayden sitted on the couch drunk from the look of things.

She walked up to him he was semi conscious supporting his weight she managed to get him to his room and placed him on the bed.
