Alveric and I stood outside as we waited for his friend to appear. I was a bit nervous for this entire ordeal to go down because I just had an inkling that things were about to get even worse. There is no chance in delaying war as it will occur inevitably, but right now, I would do just about anything to keep it from happening or at least avoid it.
