Lisa looked at Ben resentfully. She originally didn’t want to go. She even suspected this so-called work was to keep her from investigating the person behind Ben’s change. But she had thought things through. She didn’t need to be there. She could easily use someone to be her eyes. Now she wanted to go!

Ben dialed a number and waited patiently.

“Yes. Is there a chance you can make that reservation for three people?”
