" I don't think so. I think it's the Alpha King that fancies her" Marcus said.

Although Marcus doesn't like Selena, he knew she can't do such a thing. Even with the way she's been treated, she had always accepted her fate gently and had never tried to run from it.

" You don't understand, do you? The Alpha King seemed to be the only one who is higher than you are. She must have played a pity party on him to take revenge on you. Think about it" she said spitefully.

What she said partially made sense to Marcus.

"But do you think the Alpha King is one to be easily seduced?" He asked.

Hyrene snorted.

" Selena is beautiful. Do you know the countless men she had seduced by just passing. The Alpha King is a male and she can do it if she wants to" she said with bitterness especially when she had to admit that Selena was beautiful.
