Chapter 81

Marcus went to visit Hyrene at the pig farm. He knew she would be in a big mess there and he was right. She was doing everything clumsily.

The workers there were not happy at all because it was troublesome for them. Marcus had paid them to work over time. When Hyrene ends her day work, they would have to do the bigger part of the work she didn't do and it's like a double work for them.

Most of them blamed Selena while the sensible ones blamed Hyrene for annoying the Alpha King of all people.

There were arguments between the workers and those that didn't take sides with their Luna were seen as betrayers.

"Why did you choose to annoy the Alpha King? It's not as if you don't know how he could be. Thank your stars that you are female, you would have known what real meanness is all about" he said firmly.

" Are you here to scold me?" She asked with a sad face.
